Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
b. No Service Guarantees
We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
c. Limitation of Liability
CleanKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures.
